Lorraine has worked in a variety of customer service, sales and managerial related positions within different fields of business, including in art galleries, retail and food service industries. She has also owned and operated a custom design handweaving business prior to raising a family.

She has a BA in Art History from SUNY Buffalo and an AAS in Textile/Surface Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Lorraine is an account manager in our Buffalo office. She works as a liaison between TCIA’s offices as well as between customers and the varied insurance companies. She is committed to giving top-notch support to our clients. She prides herself on her attention to detail and her commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
